I am happy to accept referrals via the NHS or Privately. NHS patients
are seen by myself or one of the team at the John Radcliffe Hospital. I see private patients for consultations and ultrasound
scans at the Institute of Reproductive Sciences and perform private surgery at the Nuffield Manor Hospital, all in Oxford.
NHS referrals need to come from either your GP or a referring Consultant.
Private patients can be seen without a doctors referral though I would prefer a letter.
Fertility
patients should ideally come with the results of a female Day 2-5 FSH, LH, Testosterone, Prolactin and TSH blood screen; Semen
analysis; and copies of any notes from IVF treatments elsewhere. Basically, as much information as possible.
